The two units offer 8 comfortable apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style.
Distances: the small town of Montelopio 4 km away, Fabbrica with all kinds of shops 4 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Volterra 25 km, Pontedera 23 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 50 km, Florence and Lucca 75 km away, Livorno approx. 50 km, the town of Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, Siena 70 km.
The coastline with nice equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.
At guests’ disposal: nice furnished garden, large swimming-pool (20 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m – open from 01/04 to 31/10), Jacuzzi area, playground for children, table tennis, bowling green, barbecue, bikes for rent, private furnished outdoor area for each apartment.
A shared room with satellite TV is available. Covered parking within the grounds. All of the apartments are provided with screen nets.
