One of the most enchanting Italian villas in Tuscany, beautiful estate dating back to the 15th century situated on the hills surrounding the charming town of Cortona. This property comprises a stone farmhouse and two smaller outbuildings all of which nicely restored with all their original architectural features preserved and tastefully furnished with some antique pieces. Like all the Italian villas in Tuscany, the property, which has been turned into an independent accommodation, is quietly located and enjoys charming views over the surrounding landscape. The property is completely fenced.
Distances: Tavarnelle di Cortona with food shops 500 m, Camucia with all kinds of shops 2 km, Cortona 3 km, Arezzo 30 km. The beautiful ancient Italian towns of Pienza, Perugia and Siena are within 50 km. Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches is reachable in approx. 15 minutes from the villa.
At guests’ disposal: nice garden furnished with garden furniture, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 15/10) for the sole use of guests, gazebo, table tennis, mini volley ground ( net m 6,50 x 1), 2 swings, barbecue and bread oven. 2 Highchairs (for free)Covered parking within the grounds. Electric gate.Safe. Hairdryer. Internet access available.
Extra services:Tasting of wines. Lessons of toscane cooking. Tours in minibus. Service of transfer of and for the airport. maid service available by arrangement € 15,- / per hour to be paid on the spot. The villa is provided with air conditioning. Upon request 2 extra single beds at € 50,- / per bed / per week to be paid on the spot. 2 baby beds € 50, / per bed / per week.
Upon clients arrival the owners will offer them a welcome aperitif with typical Tuscan products

Fabulous !!! This property is everything that you can imagine is Tuscany . The location is perfect for day trips to hill towns and larger cities. The owner is terrific and will cater to your every needs. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, and the outdoor kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals which we ate at the outdoor table. I can't think of one negative comment. The pictures on the website are true and the property is exactly as advertised. ENJOY !!

The villa and grounds are lovely and private with great views. Owner very sweet and eager to please in spite of language barrier. For 3 couples we each had our own floor which afforded a lot of privacy but the house easily accomodates more. The outside kitchen is a great gathering space and fully equipped for cooking at home. We loved it. It is about a 15 min drive to Cortona.

This is a great villa for a group holiday. The house and grounds are actually better than the photos show. The location is close to Cortona, although too far to walk uphill, but centrally located for short side trips to the hilltop villages throughout this part of Tuscany. The owner is friendly and helpful, suggesting side trips and recommending local wineries and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, well-kept and tastefully decorated villa in beautiful surroundings. Great kitchen and pool area.
We found it just perfect being situated in the out-skirts of a small village, close to Cortona, but yet with great views in every direction and only distant traffic noise that didn't bother at all.
We can easily recommend the villa, and would definetly concider renting the same villa again some time.
