Large stone farmhouse which has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features like the terracotta-tiled floors. This property offering amazing panoramic views, is quietly situated on the hills surrounding Orvieto, half-way between Rome and Florence, and it is part of a large, fenced estate surrounded by a pine forests and Mediterranean bushes.
The villa is made of 3 independent units (rentable together as a private villa) and provides simple interiors furnished in a rustic style with some ancient pieces (bathrooms are basic). The outside areas offer a large lawn and a nice pool set in panoramic, sunny position.
Within 90 km there are most of the beautiful art cities in Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto,
as well as Lake Bolsena and Trasimeno.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 1,3 km not suitable to low cars.

At guests’ disposal: large private lawn, private lighted swimming-pool (9 x 4.5 m – maximum depth 1.4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) situated in panoramic position approx. 50 m from the house away, barbecue. Iron available, mosquito nets provided.
Parking within the grounds.
