This property is surrounded by an entirely fenced garden and beautiful vineyards and offer extensive views. A small outbuilding is on the premises and is rented together with the main house for a total of 8/10 guests. The pool s approx. 30 m from the house away. The house is tastefully furnished, in a rustic style.
The location is in easy reach to the most beautiful towns of Lazio and Umbria (accessible by car and by train from Orte, only 2 km away).
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Orte with all kinds of shops and railway station (with daily trains to Rome) 2 km away, Viterbo 35 km, the charming town of Orvieto 45 km away, Rome 60 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large fenced garden with private swimming-pool (4 x 8 m – depth from 1,2 to 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), furnished portico. The villa provides mosquito nets.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request free of charge. Extra bed upon request (€ 15,- / per day to be paid locally). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid on site). Chef service on request for nice dinners. Wine-tasting in the surrounding wine-cellars. From end of August to early October it is possible for guests staying at Casa Chiara to take part to grape harvest on the estate vineyards.
