Description
Beautiful independent villa with private pool, situated in Tuscany in a small village on the hills surrounding Pisa. This property offers full privacy as well as all modern comforts. The interiors are charming and cozy.
The villa is in walking distance to a small village with shops and nice restaurants but at the same time it allows its guest to enjoy the peace of a country area.
The villa provides a charming panoramic terrace (accessible from the kitchen) with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining. On a lower level there is a beautiful private pool overlooking a valley.
Distances: Fabbrica with all kinds of shops only a few meters away, San Gimignano 30 km, Volterra 25 km, the nice town of Pontedera 23 km away, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Florence (airport) and Lucca 65 km, Livorno (beaches) 50 km away, Casciana Terme (with spa) 25 km, Siena approx. 70 km away.
The coastline area with nice equipped beaches in a in a 45-minute drive.
At guests disposal: furnished panoramic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining, garden, private swimming-pool with Jacuzzi area (12 x 4 m – depth from 1,2 m to 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/10), barbecue, swing, table tennis, satellite TV. Internet wi-fi.
The villa also provides mosquito nets and air-conditioning in all rooms.

Extra Services: upon request it is possible to arrange dinner service, cooking classes, wine tours and guided tours (of the main art cities in Tuscany). Local products are available for clients to be purchased.

1st floor: double bedroom, double bedroom with baldaquin bed, 2 twin-bedded rooms (which can be turned into double bedrooms upon request), bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Upon request it is possible to have 3 extra single beds to be placed in 3 of the above bedrooms.

The photos represent the villa perfectly. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were a party of 12 and this Villa was fantastic!! It exceeded our expectations. We loved sitting out by the pool in the evening. The owners were very welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed. They were very helpful and arranged a wonderful dinner for us. It was situated very well for day trips to the most important cities of Tuscany. Thank you very much.

Fantastisk ejendom og unik udsigt. Vi var 10 personer og havde meget fin plads. Huset ligger i en lille by med bager, et meget lille supermarked men med de varer vi havde behov for - også lidt kød og pålæg.

In dieser Villa ist für uns ein Traum wahr geworden. Das Haus ist unglaublich schön und schön gelegen mit wunderbaren Sonnenauf- und Untergängen, im Ort und doch abgelegen und ruhig. Wegen der Ortsnnähe waren wir nicht aufeinander angewiesen, was sehr zu unserem friedlichen Urlaub beigetragen hat.
Guter Ausgangsort für viele Städte.

La casa è in una posizione magnifica, tutto è curatissimo, e i proprietari sono gentili. Una vera location di lusso che consiglio a tutti. Ed è facilissimo raggiungere mete fantastiche come San Gimignano, Lucca e Volterra. L'interno della casa è in linea con l'esterno, tutto molto bello e attrezzato.
