Imposing villa dating back to the end of 1800, completely restored in the sixties, situated in quiet location among olive groves and old-century cypresses, in a small hamlet of 3 independent villas. This property is part of a large 74-hectare farming estate producing wine and olive oil and offers a spacious garden partially shaded by beautiful cypress trees, a small lake (which was the ancient pool of the villa), an ornamental fountain and a private pool. On the premises there also is a small chapel.
The villa is furnished in a rustic style with some antiques and has a beautiful terrace with splendid views over the surrounding landscape.
It sits in dominating and sunny location and enjoys extensive views over the surrounding landscape and the Chianti Classico region in the distance. Villa Bianca is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan country-side, being at the same time, only a short distance from Florence away. Within 70 km there are the charming small towns of the Chianti region as well we San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Volterra and Pisa.
Villa Bianca offers an ideal venue for the organization of special events. Approx. 50 m from Villa Bianca away, we offer an additional independent villa sleeping up to 11 people, named Cipressina.

Cooking service and visit of the proeprty wine cellars upon request. On request it is possible to rent some large shared rooms (accommodating up to 150 persons) in an historical villa (approx. 300 m away) with panoramic garden and use of kitchen for weddings, events... (price to be agreed).
