Large, impressive farmhouse, tastefully restored and transformed into a comfortable country home at the center of a 15 hectare estate that produces olive oil and grain. The villa is located in a panoramic, tranquil spot among the characteristic hills between Pisa and Florence, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The house is furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outdoors guests can take advantage of a large, well-tended garden (lawn) with barbecue and old-fashioned woodburning oven, and a shaded terrace ideal for al fresco dining.
There is a magnificent, illuminated swimming pool with jacuzzi area, surrounded by a large solarium, on a sunny, “natural terrace”. Night lighting of the garden and the pool area. There is a small rustic cottage with private garden periodically lived in by the property owners (without access to the pool).
The most important art cities of Tuscany and the beautiful beaches of the coastline are located within 80 km of the villa.
Distances: all kinds of shops 10 km away, San Gimignano 35 km, the beautiful city of Lucca 45 km away, Pisa (airport) and Tirrenia (18 hole golf course and beaches) 55 km, Siena approx. 80 km, Florence 90 km, Rome 352 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large garden (2000 m2), exclusive use of the illuminated swimming pool (17 x 9 m – depth 1 m / 3 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) with jacuzzi area, old-fashioned woodburning oven for bread/pizza with adjacent shaded terrace, barbecue. The villa is equipped with internet connection (USB modem- paid according to consumption) and screens on all windows.

Upon request dinners can be organized featuring traditional local recipes. It is possible to purchase products from the farm. Pets are permitted at an additional charge of € 50,- / stay.
