Villa Mario

Personale molto disponibile, struttura in ottima posizione, peccato per le molte cimici in tutte le camere.

Siamo stati 8 notti nella villa in 14 persone e tutto è filato liscio. Gli spazi erano grandi, puliti e ben divisi. La cucina era piena di utensili. Abbiamo utilizzato il barbecue, il Ping pong, il biliardo, il calcio balilla per divertici insieme; anche il giardino era ben attrezzato. Consigliato per chi vuole passare una vacanza in una autentica casa di campagna.

Magnifique maison pour passer des vacances en famille et visiter la Toscane. Paisible, avec du charme, barbecue, piscine. Un service réactif. Il manque un peu de matériel de cuisines ( Bouilloire, pas de verre à vin, dans une région viticole tout de même ????) Un lieu superbe et agréable. On recommande

Bella villa e ampia villa, in zona tranquilla, siamo stati comodi in 16 persone. Spazio anche all’interno per mangiare tutti. Ampi spazi esterni, piscina pulita, grande bbq. Paesi vicini con la macchina. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Da ritornarci.

Ottima location, qualche limite arredo e dotazione. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile.

Soggiorno stupendo

Il casale è come ce lo aspettavamo. Descrizione e foto sono infatti esaustive. In 12 adulti e 2 bambini molto piccoli ci siamo trovati bene. L’alloggio è spazioso e accogliente per tutti. La piscina e le zone esterne sono piacevoli. È stato un buon weekend tra relax e divertimento! Matteo, il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste prontamente. A pochi minuti di macchina ci sono negozi ed alimentari. Per noi è stato tutto molto piacevole e soddisfacente.

eravamo 16... casa perfetta per ritrovarsi con gli amici e condividere una esperienza nella campagna toscana.... grande camino con cucina e salone... il biliardino che ci ha fatto divertire, il ping pong vicino alla piscina. il grande giardino e la posizione splendida. siamo stati a Lucignano a piedi ed a Marciano ... posti stupendi. E' una vera casa di campagna

We had a super stay at Villa Mario, as the weather was very hot and the pool was perfect. The house accommodated all 13 of us, 6 adults and 7 children. The house is rustic so has character but it lacks certain things to make a holiday more comfortable, such as cushions outside on any of the chairs. Inside, there was no kettle, a very small toaster, a lack of bowls, only huge pans, and not many bowls. The bedrooms were spacious but no fans so very hot to sleep. The apartment with one double bed in has air con but that is it.
The area was great and we visited Montepulciano and Cortona as well as Lucignano. The people who met us were very friendly and only spoke Italian, but we got by! We got lost trying to find it with the directions given so typed in Villa Mario into google maps and found it that way.

Great value for money with a large group in a gorgeous location. Family that runs the place are really friendly and approachable. Amazing swimming pool and good facilities for a large group. The only downsides are that it’s quite confusing having a management company list the property but then the owners check you in. There are cash charges in the small print - it would be so much better to charge these through Airbnb. Also, there are dogs that park constantly nearby - not the owner’s fault but annoying. Finally, could use some new bed linen as it’s a bit scratchy and old. However, our group had a brilliant time and it’s such good value for money. Would stay again!

Ci siamo trovati bene, la casa è comoda per ospitare un gruppo di persone. Ci sono tutti i comfort, ma bisogna però avere la macchina perché non è possibile raggiungere negozi o altro a piedi. Abbiamo trovato eccessivo la spesa di 250 euro per le pulizie finali e 5 euro al metro cubo per il gas. A parte questo è stata una bella vacanza, ci sentiamo di consigliare la casa.

Beautiful place. 100% recommended.

10 adulti, 5 bambini e 3 cani. Tutti con la propria privacy ma nello stesso tempo con spazi da poter condividere per stare insieme. Location in mezzo al verde della Toscana quindi bellissima.

Abbiamo passato 3 notti splendide a capodanno in tutta tranquillità. Casa molto grande per potersi rilassare e divertire allo stesso tempo. Personale molto accogliente.

Nice property, Essentially 3 separate units in one house, one small, one medium and one large. Nice pool and friendly owners. table football was used a lot. Would recommend.

The landlords were very friendly and cleaned the pool at night, so nobody noticed them. Perfect vacation!

Cosa aspettarsi? Relax, piscina pulita,tante comodità. E una disponibilità e gentilezza da parte della famiglia. E cenare sotto il cielo stellato della Toscana non ha prezzo.

We had a fantastic holiday. All beds were neatly made, towels to shower with were ready! What a great service. The bubble bath no longer produces bubbles, but that should not spoil the fun. The pool was superb. All in all, thoroughly enjoyed it.

La cucina è ben attrezzata.
Piscina bellissima e giardino curato.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’area barbecue.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.
La posizione è ottima, sono facilmente raggiungibili diverse località interessanti da visitare.
Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Mario dal 8 al 15 agosto,siamo appena tornati e fosse stato per noi non ce ne saremmo andati.Il nostro gruppo era composto da famiglie con bambini i quali si sono divertiti moltissimo. Giardino molto curato e piscina bellissima,molto catino il chioschetto a bordo piscina che noi utilizzavamo per la musica.
Il casale è molto bello e fornito ,la cucina è attrezzata per gruppi quindi non bisogna portare nulla .
Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile.
Ritorneremmo con molto piacere.

Das Haus war sehr geräumig und bat uns alle Möglichkeiten, die wir brauchten. Besonders der Außenbereich war ein Traum! Obwohl die Übergabe der Schlüssel ausschließlich auf Italienisch stattfand (was wir leider nicht sprechen konnten), lief die Übergabe reibungslos. Die Ausflugsziele waren mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen und der nächste Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es war ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great and big house.

Grosszügiges Haus. Hat sehr viel Platz für viele Leute. Grosses gepflegtes Anwesen. Hat alles was man braucht.
Hundezucht in der Nähe, die Hunde haben sehr oft gebellt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Mario und das Haus ist wirklich toll. Waren drei Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern und ein Pärchen. Auf einer Seite des Hauses hatte das Pärchen auch etwas Privatsphäre und die restlichen Zimmer waren gut für den Rest der Urlauber. Durch den großen Esstisch jeweils drinnen und draußen sind gemütliche Abende garantiert. Der Pool ist auch toll, genauso wie der vorhandene Grill, Tischtennisplatte usw.

Die Kinder konnten in dem großzügigen Garten sehr schön spielen und empfehlen das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter!!

Mit vielen Freunden und vielen Kinder haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben den Pool natürlich vollstens ausgenutzt und auch den Billardtisch. Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten gut erreicht werden. Es war ein voller Erfolg.

Ganz toller Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus mit vielen Freunden. Alles war gross und weitlàufig, jeder konnte machen was er wollte. Wir haben es sehr genossen und empfehlen die Villa sehr gerne weiter!

This a perfect location to stay in the heart of Tuscany. In the surrounding area there are many hill towns to visit. We loved the hosts and Lucio (the horse). If you are looking for a place of your own in the midst of the Tuscan countryside, this is your place!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mario. The place was clean and very quiet. The area has a lot of interesting places to visit (Lucignano, Arezzo, Cortona, Sienna...)
