Description
Beautiful independent villa with private pool situated in the Orcia valley area, a splendid region south of Siena rich in charming villages and hamlets such us Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, Castiglione d’Orcia. This property has been recently restored and turned into a welcoming country residence with nicely furnished interiors and large well-kept outdoor areas (6500 square meters).
The location is ideal to visit most of central Tuscany as well Umbria. The property is in easy access to some of the most beautiful and renowned spas of Tuscany (only a few km away): Bagni di San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni both offering sulphureous waters, treatments, massages…
Distances: Gallina with a bar and a restaurant 3 km away, Campiglia with general stores 6 km away, San Filippo (spas) 7 km, Bagno Vignoni (spas) 9 km, Pienza 13 km away, Siena 60 km away, Perugia 90 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished outdoor areas, private swimming-pool (15 x 7,5 m – min. depth 1,35 m – max. depth 1,45 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), with solarium area, gazebo, barbecue, playground for children with swing and slide, covered furnished portico with bread oven, table football, table tennis. Laundry with washing-machine available.

We were a party of 10 (five couples) and this Villa was fantastic!! It exceeded our expectations. The photos represent the villa perfectly. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Appliances worked very well. The owners were very welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed. They were very helpful and arranged a wonderful dinner for us at a local restaurant. It was situated very well for day trips in the suorroundings. Especially Bagno Vignone is beautiful. Save time to enjoy this property though

Superschöne Villa für einen tollen Urlaub mit 3 Familien. Die Villa liegt aussergewöhnlich schön und jedes Detail hat gepasst. Die Besitzer sind sehr liebevoll, was man überall drin sehen kann. Die Gegend zu erkunden ist eine wahre Freude, obwohl die Kinder alle lieber immer zu Hause sein wollten.
Gerne zu empfehlen.

La Struttura è favolosa, il posto è meraviglioso ed immerso nel verde ottimo per soggiornare insieme agli amici e scappare dalla rumorosa città. La casa è suddivisa in due piani che sono provvisti di tutto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e alla mano.
La pulizia è ottima e i confort ci sono veramente tutti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Spacious house, very personal and specially decorated, so you feel right at home. The area is beautiful. There is a lot of nature and lots of art to see, a very good area to discover Tuscany. The villa is definitely worth the money and we are happy to recommend it.

We were in spring in the holiday home villa Castiglione and have made it really comfortable. In the evening welight the fire in the fireplace: it was wonderful! And during the day we have visited and walked through the area and have wine and oil tastings. We were a big group and just wanted to spend a relaxing holiday together.
