Description
Independent stone farmhouse situated in a small village on the Casentino National Preserve, a beautiful green area approx. 50 km from Florence away. This property is quietly situated and offer nice panoramic views over the surrounding valleys and woods. The villa provides a nice terraced garden with the swimming-pool and welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style.
This villa is on a hill slope and is sets on 3 levels which are internally connected and have direct access onto the outside.
The Casentino National Preserve with its 600 kilometers of paths surrounds this property and offers an ideal destination for nature lovers. The beautiful Acquacheta waterfalls (mentioned by Dante Alighieri in his “Divina Commedia”) are only a short distance away.
Distances: the village of Pratovecchio with general stores is 6 km away, Arezzo 45 km, Florence 55 km away.
At guests’ disposal: terraced garden, private above-ground swimming-pool (7 x 3 m - depth 1,1 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue.

Das Haus Annarita liegt wunderschön im Casebtino, wo man es auch im Hochsommer sehr gut aushalten und die Landschaft geniessen kann. Auch im Haus selber bleibt es kühl. Die Fotos vom Inneren sind nicht sehr gelungen, denn das Haus ist viel schöner, als man nach den Fotos denken würde. Es ist sehr ruhig und sehr entspannt: hier verbringt man auch zu vielen Leuten einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub auf italienisch verlangsamte Lebensweise.
Es war wunderbar!

Here is the perfect starting point to go hiking in beautiful nature. In June, it was still cold, but wonderful to be outside for a long time, along the stream, up to the mountain and breath the wonderful, fresh air. At home, you can relax in cozy atmosphere.

The host is very friendly and well willing to help if needed. the villa is a wonderful place to stay. the pool is very clean and was cleaned every evening. It is an authentic Italian villa. Closeby there is a perfect pizzeria . The rooms are well suited. Clean beds and bathrooms. To go short.....a perfect place to stay!!!!!

We have enjoyed our stay in Annarite very much. We've named her the best
landlord/hostess ever. She knew very quickly who her guests were, when we
past her house. It's a comfortable house with a bathroom for each family.
Totally perfect. It's a pity that for some many people there is no
dishwasher and just one fridge. There is enough of glasses and cutlery. *
*It might be useful to add the hight of the location, as it was pretty
chilly in the evening, which wasn't expected by everybody.
