Beautiful property nestling deep in the country-side area surrounding the small historic town of Pitignano dating back to the Etruscan time and fascinating for its location and for the architecture of its houses perched on top of a hill of tufa. This property is situated in the southern part of Tuscany on the border with Lazio, and is also very close to the border with Umbria.
This property comprises 8 accommodations and provides large outdoor area. All of the units have a personal, furnished outdoor area. Guests can also enjoy use of a tennis court and of beautiful pool surrounded by a large lawn with olive trees.
The interiors are simply furnished and welcoming.
The key-holders (a couple) live in a 8th accommodations on the premises.
This property is in ideal location for those seeking the tranquility of the countryside and at the same time wish to visit the beauties of southern Tuscany (Pitigliano, Sovana, Saturnia) of the coast-line area (Maremma, Argentario, Talamone, Capalbio) and Lazio (Lake Bolsena , Montefiascone, Viterbo).
Distances: Pitigliano with shops of all kinds 3 km, Sovana 4 km away, Saturnia (with nice spas) 30 km, Lake Bolsena 38 km away, Argentario (renowned sea-side resort) 60 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large outdoor areas with well-groomed lawn and shared swimming-pool (16 x 8 m – min. depth 1,4 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09), tennis court. All of the apartments provide a personal, furnished outdoor area with barbecue.

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, alles war vorhanden und die Betreuung war super, immer wieder gerne.
Wij verbleven van 3 september tot en met 19 september als laatste gasten van het seizoen in het appartement Ortensia 4.
Wij werden bij aankomst door de eigenaresse ( Atonietta ) en haar dochter ( Diana ) heel hartelijk ontvangen. Het appartement was keurig in orde en schoon. Wat wel erg jammer is, is het feit dat er In de appartementen geen wifi aanwezig is!! Er is wel buiten een wifi netwerk maar helaas functioneerde dat niet toen wij daar waren. Wij hebben er bij het reserveren niet specifiek naar gevraagd of er wifi in het appartement was. Echter, Je zou naar mijn mening mogen verwachten dat dat in deze tijd standaard aanwezig is, zeker in een vakantiepark van dit niveau. Het is een mooi, goed onderhouden kleinschalig vakantiepark met een heerlijk groot zwembad. De omgeving en Pitigliano in het bijzonder is prachtig.
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en volop genoten van de Italiaanse keuken, landschap en zon.

Pare di essere in un'eremo tra rocce e bosco. Posto magnifico, tranquillo, rilassante, ombreggiato con bellissima piscina. La posizione inoltre è comodissima. In un battito si è a Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana...consigliatissimo

Nous avons passé de bonne vacances dans la ville Anfora 3, gite confortable et bien agencé à regretter le manque de vaisselle et ustensile de cuisine.
Bon accueil du gardien et personnel.
La résidence est à 5 min en voiture de Pitigliano donc facile d’accès pour le ravitaillement et les soties le soir.
