Villa Letizia

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Letizia verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere der Außenbereich des Grundstücks einschließlich des Pools. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, die Aussicht ist toll. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn für die Liegen Auflagen vorhanden gewesen wären.
Der Innenbereich ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Bettmatrazen sind wohltuend hart, aber leider nur für Menschen bis 190 cm Größe geignet. Wenn das Objekt mit SAT-TV beworben wird, sollte auch deutsches TV empfangbar sein.
Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, die Lage, die Aussicht, der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich sind einzigartig schön!

Esperienza eccezionale, struttura confortevole, spazi godibili, ottima soluzione per una vacanza lontana da stress e traffico. Gli spazi sono più che adatti a 4 adulti.

Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro cittadino. Struttura immersa nel verde, perfetta per quattro persone, confortevole, ben accessoriata. Ottimi spazi, anche conviviali, sia interni che esterni. Giardino ampio e curato, piscina grande e pulita. Confortevole, ben arredata, ben organizzata, con buona disponibilità di stoviglie e accessori. Perfettamente fruibili tutti gli spazi esterni. Immersa nel verde, garantisce privacy assoluta. Nonostante ciò è a pochissimi minuti di auto da negozi e centro di Orvieto. Grandi spazi in proporzione al numero degli ospiti e buona fornitura di accessori. Spaziose e confortevoli. Letti e guanciali comodi. Armadi capienti.Verde, silenziosa, ricca di vegetazione e natura. Ma sufficientemente vicina a negozi, servizi e zone turistiche. Pulita e ordinata alla consegna, sia con riferimento alla villa che a giardino e piscina. Completamente coincidente con quanto visto online. Sufficientemente grande, ben pulita, con temperatura dell'acqua piacevole. Lettini e ombrelloni numericamente sufficienti a bordo piscina. Si sente la mancanza di una doccia da esterni a bordo piscina. Completi, forse di qualità (arredi e impostazioni sanitari) lievemente inferiore al resto della casa. Utile l'agenzia, per tutte le fasi preliminari. E l'ottimo sig. Maurizio, uomo di fiducia della proprietà, per le necessità quotidiane.

La Villa e' anche meglio di come descritta . Il giardino è molto grande e ben tenuto. Villa non nuova ma ben tenuta e arredata con gusto. La cucina è molto attrezzata. La piscina e' ben tenuta. Il Keykeeper Maurizio è efficiente e simpatico.

The house was private, homey and had a good sized pool. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and shopping for food was just 5 mins away. Beautiful garden. Maurizio is very hospitable and told us if needed he could be there in 10 minutes. We were very happy with the house!
Beds were too hard for us. It would be nice if there were some more comfortable patio furniture. Dropping off garbage is a 5 min car ride away. The road leading up to the house is in bad condition.

Huis ligt midden in de natuur; prachtig.
Alles is prima onderhouden.
Zwembad wordt om de 2à3 dagen grondig gereinigd; top.
Enig klein minpunt: ophaling afval = centraal op het plein een 2km van het huis.

Everything was good

Wunderschönes, allein stehendes Haus, komplett ausgestattet. Super Service durch den Schlüsselhalter Maurizio. Wunderschöne Umgebung mit vielen interessanten Ortschaften/Städten in der Umgebung. Sehr gute Zugverbindungen nach Rom.
Die Betten waren für unseren persönlichen Geschmack viel zu hart. Die Zufahrtstrasse ist, was allerdings in Umbrien scheinbar normal ist, mit äusserst vielen Schlaglöchern versehen.

Beaucoup de moustiques à l'extérieur (moustiquaire à toutes les fenêtres)
jardin très bien entretenu par Maurizio qui a également été nous chercher dans un village proche le jour de notre arrivée (les indications de l'adresse de la maison, fournies initialement étaient imprécises (à améliorer) et le nom de la maison (Letizia) n'était pas indiqué sur le portail.
Prix du ménage 130 euros, excessif.

We had a wonderful stay at this property which was booked through Posarelli Villas. The villa has a brilliant pool which is ideal for children and cleaned every 2 days. The villa has a beautiful and spacious garden as well as a large covered terrace offering shade on hot days or to sit outside and eat lunch or dinner. The villa is situated quite alone on a hill off the main road so is very private and overlooks a lake. The views of Orvieto are fantastic as you drive down the hill when leaving the villa to explore the local area. Each bedroom was adequate for what we required. Also the kitchen offered everything one may need to accomodate a family (large pots, enough dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi etc.). We enjoyed our 2 weeks here very much and would have no hesitation in coming back again.

*Be warned to take plenty of insect repellent as the mosquitoes like to bite!

We had a positive experience but some items were broken on arrival and the overall cleanliness of the property left much to be desired bearing in mind the large cleaning fee.
Suggest you include the price of cleaning in the overall cost (you have to pay it anyhow) and having to find the cash was annoying.

Nous étions un groupe de 2 familles. La maison est parfaite pour un moment de détente dans les collines de l'Ombrie. Les emplacements sont calmes, et l'espace extérieur est grand avec une piscine très propre et de bonne qualité. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont vous auriez besoin. Facile 15 min en voiture de la belle Orvieto, de bons vignobles, et beaucoup de voyages d'une journée facile (Lac de Bolsena, Pérouse par exemple). Dans l'ensemble, une magnifique maison et recommande fortement. Nous serons de retour!

We just booked again!

We enjoyed our stay here very much, it is a cozy country home with a nice blend of new and antique touches. Perfect for a family with kids like us as it is all on 1 level. We spent most of our time outside either relaxing and playing cards on the veranda or by the pool. We took the train from Orvieto station to Rome for a daytrip, we definetely recommend the train rather than driving in to the city. Orvieto is a charming city and we hope to come back soon.

We had a pleasant stay at Villa Letizia. Very nice isolated place, as we were looking for peace. The property is very well located near Orvieto, a great home base for exploring Umbria, the south of Tuscany and also Rome. The key holder was very nice and made us feel very welcomed.

Parfaitement situé dans le centre de l'Italie pour des excursions d'une journée dans les villes des collines toscanes et ombriennes. Le propriétaire était très serviable, la villa était propre et exactement comme annoncé, le jardin est bien entretenu. Pour ceux qui veulent une alternative aux grandes villes surpeuplées mais assez proche pour accéder à Rome et Florence, c'est la région pour vous.
