Villa with private pool, close to Montevarchi, just a few kilometres away from some of the most important farms and wine producers of Tuscany.
The villa is a spacious country house and is perfect for guests who want to relax surrounded by nature and explore little villages and art cities in Tuscany such as Gaiole in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Panzano, and also Florence, Siena, Arezzo.
The house has a private garden with swimming pool at the guests' exclusive use, there is also a covered patio equipped with tables and chairs and barbecue.
At the guest disposal: private swimming pool, private garden, covered veranda equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining, internet wi-fi (free wi-fi), with PC and printer, barbecue, private parking; air contioned bedrooms.

Ground Floor: entrance leads into an open space with dining area and kitchen, there is a large wood table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 burns), dishwasher, toaster, electric oven, American and Italian coffee maker, fridge with freezer.
4 steps down: large French door give the access to the pool area, in this room is present a service bathroom with WC and sink.
2 steps down: there is a large living room with a working fire place, equipped with sofa, arm chairs, tea table, TV LCD Satellite, on the other side of the living room there is a studio corner, a desk with computer, printer, at the client's disposal. The living room has several large French door which give access to the outdoor patio equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
First Floor: 12 steps, little corridor on the right goes to the one double bedroom, a second double bedroom (queen size bed), one bathroom with shower. On the other side of the corridor there is a bedroom with a double bed, this room has direct access to the outside area; one bedroom with two single beds; one bedroom with one single bed; second bathroom with shower in the corridor.

Lovely charming house, with spacious rooms. Not very modern but we loved it, very authentic. Beautiful garden and views and a nice pool. Didn't want to leave!

Maison magnifique, et très bien située. Le logement est très bien équipé, très agréable à vivre, et les extérieurs sont simplement parfaits. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Dagmar. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

What an enchanting place! Perched on a hillside with a breathtaking view out onto the rolling countryside of Tuscany, it is in the perfect location - close to the big shops of Montevarchi/motorway, yet literally next door to fantastic vineyards. The house itself was perfect - plenty of space for 7 adults, with well air-conditioned rooms, a great pool cleaned daily, and a fantastic kitchen. The experience dealing with the owners is seemless, and they are on hand to deal with any questions, which was a great help. This is the place to stay if you want to experience Chianti!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche mit 2 Familien in dieser absolut gepflegten und geschmackvollen toskanischen Villa verbracht! Auch die Betreuung durch "den guten Geist" Dagmar war spitze, einen lieben Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle.
Hoffentlich schaffen wir es irgendwann noch einmal hier Urlaub zu machen!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns hervorragend erholt. Es ist ein tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet und man spürt die Geschichte des Hauses. Die Lage ist ein guter Startpunkt für Tagestouren in die unterschiedlichen Städte. Die Betreuung vor Ort war exzellent.

Das Anwesen liegt zwischen Siena und Florenz und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren zu den schönsten Orten der Toskana. Uns gefällt die Seele des Hauses - ein Landhaus, nicht luxuriös aber sehr gut ausgestattet und man spürt seine Geschichte. Die Betreuung ist ausgezeichnet.

The Villa and hosts were great. The Villa was very well equipped. Dagmar was very helpful in suggesting locations to visit and everyday things.
As we visited in October it was rather cool and the villa would definitely benefit from some heating to the ground floor.

Wieder einmal war es ausgezeichnet.
Ein großer Dank geht vor allem an Dagmar, die treue Seele des Hauses.
Das Haus ist eine wahre Perle in der Toskana. Traumhafte Lage mit herrlichem Pool. Ideal für Gruppen bis zu 8 Personen um einmal den Alltag vergessen zu können.

Dieses Haus, in dieser Lage, mit dieser Größe und Ausstattung ist perfekt zum wohlfühlen!
Es ist mit viel Liebe und Sachverstand restauriert worden und man merkt, dass es nicht als Ferienhaus, sondern als Privathaus konzipiert wurde. Es ist wie wohnen bei Freunden.
Wir haben alles blitzsauber vorgefunden und die Vorortbetreuerin (Dagmar, spricht deutsch) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es ist alles, wie man sich es wünscht! Das Haus ist riesig und mit allem, was man benötigt, eingerichtet. Es gibt eine große, überdachte Veranda, von der aus man einen phantastischen Blick auf die wunderschönen Hügel hat.
Der sehr gepflegte Pool liegt direkt am Haus.
Im Haus befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Es gibt 2 Bäder mit DU/WC und eine 3. separate Toilette.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgerüstet, so dass man am liebsten einziehen möchte. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Außerdem Geschirrspüler, Herd und Backröhre, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Espressomaschine, Toaster, ect. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was in der Küche fehlt.
Wir haben uns noch nie in einem Haus so wohl gefühlt und können es zu 100% empfehlen.
